What would you do? You're suggesting Depo-Provera. Medications have side effects. This one has warnings about bone density loss and animal studies showing it causes cancer.
So, your suggestion is that a woman has a choice between bringing her children up with no money or broken bones and cancer.
Depo-Provera is also not indicated for use for more than 2 years - because of the bone density loss.
But lets take the idea a bit farther and suggest tying her tubes.

So, at a rough guess, you'd be killing 1 mother a year. Ignoring the inhumanity of this, you now need to incur the cost of keeping this child in care and the risk that this child will commit crime - because the child may have had a better outcome if its mother was still alive.
So, forced conception or sterilization = mother killing?
How much is she likely to receive per week in child support?
And is the amount you receive from the DPB reduced if you also receive child support?

But what is so wrong with having a mutual contract between the state and the Benny, fo that if the benny has the depo, they get an additional hundy handout? It will save t he state a hundy a week and as you point out, decrease the available pool of beneficiary dependents who grow up to become crims.
The whole deal is a win, the state saved the ongoing mouth to feed, the 'mum' gets lotto money for the next month, and the Dr working for Winz doing the depot actually does some work that will financially improve the state of the nation.

Would each of them be able to plead that they weren't aware their mother was unable to support them, or they would never have chosen to be born?
Would they get free legal aid to represent themselves? Of course not.
Under Davids system she could sit there before a panel of her unlikely peers and just plead ignorance. What then?
Stop her benefit, but keep paying for the kids? Or starve the kids also? Take the kids away? Put them in a cold concrete institution somewhere in the hinterland and make life as miserable as possible for them for being so unlucky.
Bring in some Irish nuns and make them do laundry for civil servants. Hand them over to CYFS?
Make someone else raise them and pay those other people? I'm sure the girls would be snapped up by some nice white christian family.
Yes! This woman epitomises what can be wrong with welfare, but she costs this country a great deal less than the small business owner who pays himself just little enough to qualify for family benefit all the while growing his/her capital.

I'm no anti beneficiary. I'm not anti the DPB. But the intent of it was for women who had been abandoned, who had no support from the father of their children. Not for people to say they are solo but be living with a partner in the nature of a marriage. It makes me more and more mad, and I see it every day.

It is my understanding that in some countries you wouldn't get child support without nominating the father. Then the state funds the child via the father. It's easy. That would keep the dicks in check, and limit the bio-mechanoid's production.
