Farrar spotted after a night on the town with Cactus
Not sure what type of penguin it is, or cause of death. Others and myself spend a lot of time around Wellington trying to keep up the presence of Little Blue penguins who are at risk from cats and cars...silly buggers chose to inhabit a harbour surrounded by a city full of humans.
