Supercity Postal Voting Sucks

Got to say, Dale Ofsoske needs to sort out this Council voting for overseas based people.

I consider it my civic duty to vote in the Supercity election, not because I pay rates in Auckland or even live in Auckland, but my vote counts as it counters a beneficiary or net beneficiary in Auckland who no doubt will vote Labour and Len Brown to spend more of other people's money.

I am in the Orakei Ward which means that Cameron Brewer is a clear choice (even though the lazy prick hasn't responded to my Facebook request to sort my ballot paper out) and I haven't decided to vote for John Banks or Andrew Williams yet but it will probably be John Banks as Williams, due to biases in Mayoral debates has seen him excluded from the more widely covered debates so sadly he has no chance of winning. And I don't want Auckland to have to have a Mayor who has Labour Party hacks carry around a portable defibrillator as he stands up on stage and fibs about spending more of your money, so Len is out.

Well it is September 27th Dale and where is my fucking ballot paper? And why isn't it as easy as the General election where you could download the paper off the internet?

You received an email from me today. Chop chop....

Er... good luck with that... seems that these electoral people couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag sometimes...

Still, my ballot paper has gone in... I'm also in the Orakei ward and CB has got my vote

At least CB looks like he has some energy to get stuff done as compared to Doug (trust me I'm grinning) Armstrong who should have retired long ago... Civi duty should not include a requirement to live out your welcome.

Also tick the John Banks box... Piss Fairy Williams is a no vote zone and Len Brown just reminds me too much of Dick (Mother) Hubbard (shudders)...

Normally I would be a R.O.C. voter but the nasty smear campaign run against Len Brown by the right wing bloggers has put me off voting for Banks etc. The last straw was that character Whaleoil and his Anderton earthquake fiction.

Andrew Williams will be Super excited to hear he might even get one vote in the Mayoral ballot. You should send an email to him. I hear he is often on the emails at night and is likely to send abusive directives to the ballot people to get yours out smartly.

Yawn. Whaleoil made a satirical video. Days after the original story was spread not by bloggers but started by the MSM. Get your facts right.

Bloody hell, using that logic, I demand my civil right to vote in Alabama

I think it's completely logical that Aucklanders will vote on old city lines. Brown may benefit from the Westies not having their current man stand. Don't see the Souf side going Banksies way, but then Williams won't get traction down there either. It'll all come down to turn-out inasmuch as the "old city" with the biggest turnout will have most influence on the outcome.

Postal voting guarantees a Labour Mayor.

John Gibson... I have yet to see this nasty smear campaign and I am mates with almost all these "right wing bloggers" that you speak of.
The Anderton bit was hilarious but it seems you fell for it.
