Tumeke Lead Protest To Hell

That's our fearless blogging buddies Tim and Bomber in the middle.
Probably more people inside eating Hell Pizza than outside protesting at the "racism". Where were all the offended "brownies" one wonders?
Looks like a bunch of mainly white middle-class suburban vege growing Ponsonby tenants to me.
Although the man with the mega-phone has a good point, as Hell has become more popular with more outlets, their actual pizza quality has gone from gourmet to shite.

Wonder how many of them have full time jobs.
Steady on Cactus,
The misses and i had Hell pizza from the Glenfield store last week and the toppings were primo! Lots and lots of tummy goodness.
They were over an hour late though, which resulted in us getting over $70 worth of free vouchers.
Ate it again friday night, once again a step up on previous occasions. Better than Wellington thats for sure.
The original owners may be revitalising the brand - http://www.stuff.co.nz/dominion-post/news/wellington/2407063/Founders-back-in-Hell

I can see one brownie there on that photo. Oh, I am not offended by the way and it surprises me to whities outnumbered the brownies.
Not sure that the term "brownies" to describe a group of people would acceptable in the UK.
But that bbq dog probably tastes better than Hell pizza.
Cactus i totally agree - the base now has the consistency and taste of cardboard. Still they are "premiumer" compared to the other pizza chains but that doesn't say a lot. Unfortunate as they were founded on quality. Scopa in Wellington all the way for real pizzaaaa.
