Donald Moffat was given the nasty surprise when his bank statement showed him £100 billion overdrawn.

He is a dimwit alright, doesn't he know that if you owe the Bank $1000 you have a problem but if you owe the Bank a billion dollars the Bank has a problem.
What concerns me is the ease with which the Bank could create a debt of 100 billion dollars and then cause it to disappear.
