Men I Love Part 3 - Sir Donald Tsang Yam-Kuen
Despite looking slightly like a Central Banker (Don Brash), former Financial Secretary - now CEO of Hong Kong Donald Tsang is one of my favourite men in the world.
His concrete lust for low taxes means that my effective tax rate is enough to bring any New Zealander dumb enough to inquire, to their knees weeping buckets of tears.
Donald is also smart enough to know that one person-one vote would fuck up Hong Kong entirely and so is lengthening to process to this western evil "democracy" to ensure that the 2 out of 3 people who currently pay no income tax at all because they are dirt poor, can't vote out a pro-business, pro-Beijing regime.
Whatever we pay him, or the $HK300,000 for the upgrade to keep his pet koi (carp) fish - it isn't enough.
He is the Capitalist equivalent of what Helen Clark wishes she could be. I only wish I could vote for him in the upcoming New Zealand elections.
