Randon Impertinent Questions

Is The Spencer Trust a New Zealand Qualifying Trust? A Charitable trust?
Or a Cook Islands or Samoa Offshore Trust?

And who is the Settlor?
Or is it a Declaration of Trust?

Needless to say, who are the beneficiaries?
And if Winston Raymond Peters is none of the above:
Peters has said he has "no involvement with that trust" administered by his brother
, then why as surely paying his laergest cost fo living (legal fees) is for his benefit?
Because this
He recalled one conversation between Peters and ex-staffer Sarah Neems when Neems asked Peters if a donation should go into the Spencer Trust and Peters agreed it should.
Is surely evidence of some element of "control" of the trust.

And another question: Would you trust any of the answers Peters gives to questions about the Trust?

Peters and NZ First will be the discretionary beneficiaries.

This enables him to say he has no involvement as he does not hold the power of appointment and removal of trustees or exercise the discretion with respect to distribution of capital and income.

Did someone have a drinkie or six before typing this post? :)

As for Winnie... the guy is a screaming narcissist and convinced of his own lies. Let's hope this finally ends his three-yearly ratings boost and stops those silly pensioners voting for him

On the plus side he might meet your stringent income and asset requirements. Get your ass back to NZ and snag yourself a rich man. Chuckles quietly to self at the thought of Cactus and Winnie as her LOOMA
